Brought car in for service for a brake fluid flush. This was done as promised. But the Technician found a nail in the right rear tire so we replaced. When I got home I noticed the DOT date was 45 19. Was so was done as promised. But the Technician found a nail in the right rear tire so we replaced. When I got home I noticed the DOT date was 45 19. Was sold a 2 year old tire! Told the Service rep who stated they would discuss with the Parts Manager. No response from the dealership as of today. More

The employees at the front desk make you feel uncomfortable like you are bothering them that you walked in. When I walked in for an oil change they Said sorry we can not do today and when I to uncomfortable like you are bothering them that you walked in. When I walked in for an oil change they Said sorry we can not do today and when I told them I called to make an appt the rep told me to just walk in. She seemed bothered so I asked for the mgr who said he would do it but not in a tone that made me feel comfortable Takes a month to get a loaner and when I leased the car they offered the service like it was easy The rep who makes the follow up appt acted the same way like your bothering her and when I asked questions about an issue I had she told me to do to the website to find the answer I enjoy my car but if Volkswagen trains their employees ti act like that I rather purchase another model More

I was stranded on the highway and barely made it to the dealership in Hamilton, New Jersey. They were so sympathetic and understanding, so kind and understood that I had to get to Connecticut for my sick d dealership in Hamilton, New Jersey. They were so sympathetic and understanding, so kind and understood that I had to get to Connecticut for my sick daughter. Ginny was the best. As well as the service department. If I ever get stranded on the New Jersey Turnpike again I hope it’s at the same exit in Hamilton. Thanks for everything. More
