Ginny is great - very nice and thorough. However, we were extremely disappointed that just to get car serviced it is $500+. I was in need of help Diego’s safety issues and was told to make an appointment online they can help me nothing available for at least a week …. Really no alternative options why am I begging for help, not sure where Mike went but bring him back, the new guy doesn’t have the soft skills to make me want to keep coming back, been a Hamilton VW patron for 12 years and have only owned VW and while I can take my car anywhere I have sometimes paid more to get things done at the Hamilton VW dealer because I was treated like a person not a bottom line. They have had five weeks to repair a simple electronic issue that was already at the dealership once a repair 90 days ago. They claim that the hold up is Volkswagen has not gotten back to them on the co issue that was already at the dealership once a repair 90 days ago. I purchased his car as a certified used Volkswagen less than a year old so that I would have peace of mind and good service support. This has been more of the worst decisions of my life. I am disgusted. Mike, the service manager and Ginny, the service writer continue to give me updates that are simply “we’re waiting for Volkswagen to get back to us.” More
