Did a good job with my 40k mile service. Thorough and fairly quick service. Efficient with the paperwork/payment as well. Excellent service (customer and repair). Hamilton Volkswagen was excellent in getting an appointment scheduled for us in a quick matter and was very accommodating as the vehicle died the day prior to Volkswagen was excellent in getting an appointment scheduled for us in a quick matter and was very accommodating as the vehicle died the day prior to the appointment and they allowed it to get towed there a day early. They repaired the warranty issues and replaced the battery. They perfected the services quickly and the service was wonderful! More

Nailed it, full charge ahead. As always, perfect. Took care of the nail in the tire, and as their usual thorough work, checked other stuff, found the 3 year old battery was at it' As always, perfect. Took care of the nail in the tire, and as their usual thorough work, checked other stuff, found the 3 year old battery was at it's 1/2 life, been real hot lately, so they replaced it also..So now when I visit my uncle Todd in jail, I won't get stranded, it's in a rough neighborhood.
