He was busy with other customers as it was a jam-packed holiday sales day, but I always felt very cared for and listened to, especially since I know that I love to yap other's ears off. :^) Chad also was amazing with helping get us squared away on payments extremely quickly, and clarified any terms or clauses that didn't make sense up front. Coming in with knowledge of what we wanted, money ready to put down and some wiggle room on monthlys made everything go very smoothly. Thank you! More
