Moreover the person closing the deal was using predatory sales tactics by obsfucating hidden added fees through rapid conversation, confusion, and lack of empathy. Lastly the closing docs listed 6.49% rate when I was offered 5.5: luckily I noticed the discrepancy before signing and they ended up honoring the 5.5 rate. More
