I was very pleased with my vehicle purchase experience here And Sam Pack’s Five Star Chevrolet. I went to several dealers and all of them were more transactional and treated me as a number. This dealersh here And Sam Pack’s Five Star Chevrolet. I went to several dealers and all of them were more transactional and treated me as a number. This dealership treated me With great friendly customer service. They did everything they promised. My sales person named Leo, will give you a wonderful customer experience and save you time and work with you. Post Covid, many of the dealerships are bare bones, using voicemail recordings and hard closes. If you wanted to reduce your stress, call this dealership and ask for Leo. Sincerely David More

For starters, I went home with a vehicle and that says a lot. My car was stolen in November 2021. In January 2022, I began the journey of finding a new vehicle…with higher prices and during the pandemic, I lot. My car was stolen in November 2021. In January 2022, I began the journey of finding a new vehicle…with higher prices and during the pandemic, I wanted to pull out my hair! I had specific features that I wanted in my next vehicle that seemed obtainable to me but a nightmare to find. During my search, I went to over 20 dealerships; you won’t believe the things I went through. Vehicles with mechanical issues, dishonest salespeople, dealerships over an hour away, and much, much more. On March 3, 2022 at 6:30PM, I found my dream vehicle online. I was an hour away and made it to the dealership at 7:30PM. Lloyd F. was my salesperson. He stayed past 9PM and the dealership closed at 8PM. He made sure I test drove the vehicle, went over the Carfax, and signed all necessary paperwork. I still didn’t leave home with the vehicle (for other reasons of my own). The next morning, Mr. Facen gave me a call to check on things. He assured me that everything was going to be okay. He connected me with the financing department and the rest was history. Mr. Facen was positive and never once pushy, rude, or fast talking. Instead, he was funny, patient, knowledgeable and pleasant. Take it from me, Mr. Facen was/is by far, the best and he made this exhausting journey peaceful. I left the dealership with a smile and I’m still smiling. The next day Mr. Facen called me to check on things and they are still going well. Thank you so much Mr. Facen. More
