Great experience, highly recommend World Subaru Just bought a Subaru Ascent from World Subaru. Girsh Berman was our salesman. He was very professional, courteous and not overbearing as some car salesman can be. He was very knowledgeable about the car and followed up with me afterwards several times. I felt at ease with the transaction. I had previously owned a Subaru Tribeca and have always brought it to World Subaru for maintenance and was always treated well. I would highly recommend Girsch and World Subaru. Everyone one there was very easy to deal with and happy to answer any questions I had. Kristen was very thorough in explaining the finance part of the the car purchase. Nicole was great in explaining all the bells and whistles of the car and had a lot of patience with me. I was told to come back any time for any additional questions.I went back and was helped again in setting up the remote stat app on my phone by Tara. All in all a very positive experience. More

We always go to Girsh because he is professional and knowledgeable, he listens to us and treats us with respect. He is friendly, kind, and courteous and did not make us feel rushed, but took time to help us find the right car for our family. He also spoke with both of us, not just my husband. He made the whole experience go smoothly for us and took care of all the details. At the time of pick-up, I dealt with Nicole Sciamarelli, who went though all the bells and whistles in the car with me. She is patient, personable, and knowledgeable and made sure I understood how everything worked before I left the lot. In addition, a very nice young man named Ed picked me up at home and brought me to the dealership to pick up the car. He is friendly, prompt, and a good driver as well. Smooth and Easy I wasn’t actually “in the market” for a new car until my previous car met an unfortunate (and to my way of thinking, premature) end of its useful life I wasn’t actually “in the market” for a new car until my previous car met an unfortunate (and to my way of thinking, premature) end of its useful life. The salesman (Mark S.) was extremely helpful and showed me the 2019 Impreza and after a quick test drive we agreed that as long as the numbers worked in my budget I’d drive the car home. I have to say that there was none of the usual (in my experience) starting at sticker and hours of negotiating. I told him what I wanted to put down on a lease and what I wanted my payment to be and within minutes we had arrived at a deal. It could not have been easier! While I waited for the car to be prepped for delivery, the entire staff was very friendly and engaging and the wait time more or less flew by! Thanks everyone. I’d also like to give a shout out to Nicole S who took the time to explain all of the features of my new Impreza. Her knowledge of the car and and patience with my questions was very much appreciated. If you’re in the market for a new car, you owe yourself a visit to World Subaru. More

Nancy knows her stuff! Interacted with her twice so far. Today was my second time dealing with Nancy. First time was a safty recall. This time, My wifes 2018 outback, Check engine light went on. I checked in with Nancy. She asked me, among other things, when was the last time you got gas? I said I dont know its my wifes car. She said "come with me" walked with me to the car. She instructed me to open the gas door,and look at the gas cap. She said its not screwed on right? She was correct..:) I got an education about pressurized gas tanks and engine and dashboard lights..Nancy said in 24 to 48 hours the car will know the tank is pressurized and the lights will go out. I believe her :)...The whole thing took under 10 minutes.Never went back inside. Cost was Zero,She refused a tip.. I write this instead.:) :) She is a pro and a real asset for world subaru.. My experience was seamless, easy, and truly gratifying!!! I purchased a new 2019 Subaru Outback today. Over the past ten years, after purchasing a number of Subaru's for myself and family members, I have come I purchased a new 2019 Subaru Outback today. Over the past ten years, after purchasing a number of Subaru's for myself and family members, I have come to know Girsh Berman. When he found out the I frequently traveled to work in his native country of Latvia, we quickly became friends. When I would come for service for my Subaru, I would always stop by his desk and say HI! My daughter just had her second child...and the car she was in was not appropriate for her and her two boys! So I decided to give her my 2013 Subaru Outback. Upon making my decision, I quickly went to Girsh. We talked a bit, worked out a deal...hammered out the details...and completed the deal today. Girsh's honesty, good nature, knowledge, and professionalism is something to admire. I look forward to coming in for service...seeing the always pleasant, more than helpful, and professional Nancy Miller in the service center...and of course saying HI to Girsch. I must also give a "shout out'" to J.R. He was instrumental in my purchase of my 2013 Outback and 2013 Legacy. He too has become a one of my friends at World Subaru. I have come to know these three individuals over the past ten years. Yes, I love my Subaru...and they are the reasons I come back to World Subaru! Prior to leaving Ms. Nicole Sciamarelli, the Delivery Coordinator happily went over all of the inside features of the Outback.
