Buyer's Remorse Unfortunately for me, I had not taken more time to look over the vehicle. The salesperson sold me to certain features and I followed along with him w Unfortunately for me, I had not taken more time to look over the vehicle. The salesperson sold me to certain features and I followed along with him without looking at what he was not showing me. I bought a vehicle that had large gouges to the tire walls, cracks in the windshield, air conditioning that did not work, and tail lights that did not work. Girsh told me that this was a high mileage vehicle whose service and maintenance was all done in house at World Subaru. Today, Rudy at service just confirmed for me that this vehicle was rarely serviced at this location. Two staff members with two different stories. Service would not give me a service history of the vehicle either. I had some service inquiries to make. Rudy was curt and uncouth on the phone with me, even as I tried to ask very politely for assistance. My salesperson also sold the vehicle at a price that was not competitive, again my fault for taking a deal without working harder for the right price. The dealership also used a high interest rate for me even if I qualified for a better rate. Right after my first payment, the bank itself told me, and lowered my interest rate because the dealership quoted a high one. Chase Bank lowered it two more times to reflect what should have been the proper interest rate. I should have been more vigilant. I would advise buyers here to do the same. More

Refreshing Buying Experience After doing my research on line, I traveled to World Subaru in Tinton Falls to see 2 cars that peaked my interest. Ahead of my trip, there was a stea After doing my research on line, I traveled to World Subaru in Tinton Falls to see 2 cars that peaked my interest. Ahead of my trip, there was a steady stream of email communications telling me who to see, where to go and that they were looking forward to seeing me. When I arrived, I met with the sales person (Girsh Berman) and told him what I wanted to see and away we went. The sales process was very hassle free and I didn't fell pressured - even when I was deciding on whether to buy or keep looking... no pressure. I ended up buying a non-Subaru from World Subaru - but they took care of everything and told me I could bring the car there for service or to the Volkswagen dealership in Neptune that is part of the dealership family. In the end, I believe I got a fair price for the vehicle I bought and got a very good price for my trade in. All in All - I am very happy with the experience and would recommend World Subaru going forward. More
