Both Girsh and his Sales Manager took their time to explain all the details - both financial and technical. The environment at World Subaru is warm, friendly and low key. Yet everyone there seems totally knowledgeable and qualified to help their clients. Subaru vehicles don't need a lot of selling - their reputation and ratings speak volumes. But it is so nice to be surrounded by folks that like what they do and are proud of their product. More

Outstanding Experience. I cannot state enough how outstanding my experience was with the recent lease of a 2015 Forester. First of all, the dealership is very laid back. When I cannot state enough how outstanding my experience was with the recent lease of a 2015 Forester. First of all, the dealership is very laid back. When you walk in, you are not swooped down upon by vultures like most other dealerships. You are greeted in a friendly manner and not looked upon as prey. I met with Girsh Berman, who was ready to work with me and listen to me from the start .He first offered me a beverage and we chatted.. I basically stated the deal I was looking for as per their advertisement, with a few requests I had, and he seemed immediately amenable to it-not ready to do battle. One of the general managers, Mike Lomazzo, also came out to greet me and welcome me. I left my trade -in for them to look over while they let me take the vehicle out for a test dive on my own. When I returned, Mike and Girsh basically stated, upon the results of my credit check, the exact lease deal that I wanted was a go. Girsh was very respectful of my personal information for the credit check and kept paperwork and questions to me to a minimum. Mike came over again to see how everything was going and made himself available to me if need be. Girsh took his time to explain the benefits of the dealership and the benefits of the lease. As I waited for the vehicle to be prepped, I met with Mike D'aiello to discuss additional lease details & coverages & take care of payment.. I declined extra coverages and I did not feel pressured to accept any. Mike D. and I also chatted, it was not just business. I decided to make my 1st payment that evening though I was not pressured to do so. When complete, Mike D. escorted me over to Girsh & thanked me for my business and made himself available to me in the future, should I need him. On my way out, Mike L. also thanked me and stated that if I ever needed anything, to feel free to contact him.. When the vehicle was ready (it looked great) Girsh thoroughly explained all the features, set up the Bluetooth & answered all my questions. He also stated that I could contact him anytime for any issue or just to say hello The next day, Girsh called me to see how my family & I liked the vehicle. I highly recommend World Subaru. More
