While I live in Alameda, I gladly drive to Vallejo for the outstanding service provided. The Service Department is well organized; staff are courteous and professional. They didn’t acknowledge me at all when I walked in. They had four people working and made me wait quite a while before even checking me in. I was early. I spent 2 and a half hours in a waiting area with no cell service and crappy WiFi. Had I known I wouldn’t have opted to wait. More
