Glen "JR" Miller was phenomenal throughout the process, as was Nicole Sciamarelli who walked me through all the tech inside the car. They got me the car I wanted and, in my opinion, it was a no-nonsense dealership. At no time did I feel uncomfortable talking to Glen ("JR") or anyone else at the dealership. Overall, they seemed to have a great team there. Would definitely buy from them again. More

Glen "JR" was a pleasure to deal with me and kept me apprised as to when the model and color I was interested in was due in, as well as "holding" it for me until I was able to go in and take it for a test drive. He is very knowledgeable about the different models, trim styles and other features. I also had dealings with Mike Lomazzo who did an excellent job explaining the vehicle warranty as well as the various extended warranties offered by Subaru. This was the most stress-free and pressure-free experience I've had when purchasing an automobile. Tara Mullins did a fantastic job showing me how to operate the various features in my Forester. I have, and will continue, to recommend this dealership to those who are looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More

Our son purchased the same vehicle and recommended we visit this dealership and speak to his salesman, Glen "JR" Miller. We are really glad we did! We met with JR Miller and quickly learned why my son enjoyed his purchasing experience. JR is a very friendly guy with a great sense of humor and a ton of product knowledge. JR answered all of our questions and upon return of our test drive he went over all the various packages available. He never tried to over-sell features he sensed we didn't need or want but thoroughly explained those we did. Once we were contacted to pick our Crosstrek up we met with Nicole Sciamarelli, the Delivery Specialist. My wife and I both felt this young lady is perfect for her job! She truly seemed excited, as we were, with our new car. She sat in the car with us and went over all the features of the vehicle. She patiently answered all our questions and invited us to call her anytime to ask any future questions that come up. We could tell Nicole really loves her job and she's great at it!
