There are more logistics to work with, and I appreciate their resolve to complete the process. However, the car arrived with a defect. The rear tailgate does not open or latch properly. The rear door works when I disconnect the battery and reset the system, but it always breaks again within two days. This has caused me to miss an appointment already due to the battery dying when I didn't know the rear latch hadn't closed completely. I am very frustrated, as this car was supposed to be recertified, and clearly was not. Because I am out of state, I cannot bring it to them to have it fixed. I will now need to spend the money nearby to have a different dealer find the cause of the issue and fix it. I am frustrated that my brand new car came with a defect. I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Further, my salesman keeps texting with me when I ask to speak verbally. I strongly dislike texting and would prefer to have conversations verbally. Todd More

Just the advantage of having his experience guide me through the decision and with the financing. Even when I test drove a certified 2017, he understood my reluctance and pointed to the advantage of the newer model if that was what I was looking for, again with no pressure. Even his follow up was to make sure I had any questions, or if there was anything else he could help with, not to drive the deal home. Very fair price, trade-in and financing. Nicole assistance helping me understand the various features of the car after taking delivery was a value added customer support option that many dealers do not provide. I would recommend these folks to anyone looking for a Subaru. More

I had all intentions of working with Rich Riccitelli again but he was gone for the evening so I had the pleasure of dealing with JR. Once again I received top notch service and the process couldn't have gone any smoother. Before leaving with the new car, Tara spent 15 minutes going over all the options and features and answered all my questions. He brought me a car that was exactly what I asked for and didn't pressure me into getting something I didn't want. After everything was said and done Toni sat with me in the car and went over every single feature the car has and showed me how to use everything and answered any questions I had. It was nice to have someone walk you through all the features the car offers. I had gone to another dealership 2 days before and the whole experience was a disaster. After going to World Subaru and working with Glen and Toni I felt like I was in dealership heaven! About a week and a half later when my plates were ready, I went to the dealership and Tara helped me right away and put my plates on and answered any questions I had. She also gave me a $25 gas card! Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was awesome! More
