The lease/paperwork process was the fastest I had ever experienced as Glen had done a lot of the "footwork" prior to me arriving at the Dealership. Then there was my delivery specialist Daniella Brisindi. I'm 61 and to say my technical skills are less than average would be an understatement. Our sales associate Glen "JR" Miller was the best; he spent a great deal of time with us including 2 separate test drives and he went over-and-above to make us happy with our purchase. The process of trading in our car and buying the new car could not have been smoother. Each step of the process was handled by a specialist and was fast and easy. A nice additional touch was having the delivery specialist Nicole Sciamarelli walk us through the features of our new car including syncing up our phones.
