Finally, Tara took us out to the vehicle and explained every detail of the controls, touch screen, and settings necessary to operate our new Subaru Forester Touring SUV. Our sales representative, Glen Miller, was a pleasure to do business with. He was very knowledgeable and answered our questions about different models but especially the Legacy. This was the perfect fit for me and my family. He encouraged us to take a test drive, which we did. Once I drove it, I knew this was it. Hard to find a “full size” sedan. Glen went over different options and explained each. He made us feel very relaxed and not nervous about this big purchase. He’s a great representative of your dealership Tara Mullins was great. Explained all the features in the car and all the new technology. I asked quit a few questions, since I’m coming from driving an 18 yr old car. My car had very little technology. She can read her customer very well. When she saw that I looked overwhelmed, she stopped for a bit. I asked more questions. I felt very comfortable by the time she was done explaining. She told me to contact her with any questions. I’m sure I will. Tara is another good representative for this dealership. World Subaru should be proud to have these two knowledgeable and caring agents. More
