Glen was always available to answer my calls and text. Glen is very professional, respectful, and kind. He knows a lot about cars and made the entire car buying process easy for me. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour the day I picked up the car. I appreciate the way that World Subaru does business. They already give customers the best price first and there is no need to negotiate. Everyone at the dealership was polite and respectful. The car was in perfect condition, and they did a really good job with detailing the car. Nicole Miller customized the settings in my car and made sure that I would be able to change them once I left the dealership. We went over the infotainment system. She showed me how to pair my iphone to Bluetooth and apple car play. We went over all the features in the car and she took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and all my questions were answered. Nicole is very polite, professional, and nice. Best car buying experience I have ever had! I had such a great experience that I sent my sister to purchase a WRX from Glen!
