We stopped in on a very busy Saturday, decided to call and make an appointment with the first available salesman. I received a call back from Glenn who is nothing short of amazing to work with. We came in the next Monday and I laided out my wants and our families needs for the new vehicle, he never tried to pressure or push us in a direction we didn't want to go. After a few short minutes on the computer looking at the inventory he found a vehicle that hit all our needs. He took us outside and showed us the truck, he was knowledgeable and courteous with a laid-back demeanor that really put us at ease. We came back Tuesday morning and purchased the truck, I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Excellent On June 6th 2017 I purchased a 2011 Dodge Journey from Brickner's of Wausau. Glen Podgorski the salesperson was a honest man with a very good personal On June 6th 2017 I purchased a 2011 Dodge Journey from Brickner's of Wausau. Glen Podgorski the salesperson was a honest man with a very good personality. I traveled over 140 miles from my home town of Exeland Wi. to Wausau to purchase the vehicle. On arrival to Brickner's I found people to be very respectful, professional and caring. Car was excellently detailed, full of gas and to my surprise two new tires at Brickner's expense. After a short test drive in town I purchased the vehicle and traveled for home. On may way home, at higher speeds I noticed a bad rattle coming from dash or left wheel. My wife also noticed that the driver's seat was broke. Keep in mind this is a used vehicle that I had just paid cash for. When I got home I contacted Glen at Brickner's Immediately. WHAT SERVICE, Brickners drove a loner, 280 miles twice and fixed both problems making sure I was completely satisfied. I can't say enough good about Brickner's! May be the best dealership I have ever dealt with! Just a great American family owned company! THANK YOU GLEN AND BRICKNER'S. I'LL BE BACK! More
