I had scheduled an appointment for the next day to see a specific car. I drove 1.5 hours to the dealership, only to be told that the car had been sold a week ago. To make matters worse, the person who had confirmed my appointment was off that day, leaving me with no one to address my concerns. This level of mismanagement and poor communication is unacceptable and a huge waste of my time. More
