Grant was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the issues with my car just talking over the phone, it was like he was prepared ahead of time. Meeting face to face and the constant updates I couldn’t h issues with my car just talking over the phone, it was like he was prepared ahead of time. Meeting face to face and the constant updates I couldn’t have asked for better help and information while my car got repaired AND the fact that hey helped us get a loaner car until mine was fixed was a HUGE HELP. Not happy vehicle had a check engine light on as soon as I left the dealership. Clean, quick, prompt and polite. Very impressive. All problems fixed. Would have gladly given 5 stars except for the many calls and emails. It's clear they are a dealer and sell Very impressive. It's clear they are a dealer and sell cars but before this visit I got 2 and once 3 email "value" offers per month. After I made this appointment I got multiple phone calls. One called to initially confirm my appointment but had wrong info. Seemed to be a bogus call especially since I had called earlier to confirm parts arrival. Another called me twice....with the second call coming after my pointed request to stop. None of the calls were from Service who are a pleasure to work with. Oh....my VW is new enough to still be under warrantee. Funny thing -- no one's ever asked how I like the car. Again -- great dealership. Prompt, polite, excellent service. Just lighten up on the calls and emails that quickly go from "How did we do?" to a sales pitch. Note - Phone callers not listed below in the "People you worked with." More
