I dropped off my 2020 Tiguan at 9:15am to the service department because the dashboard was lighting up with warning lights of various kinds. I picked it up a little after 5pm. The customer service was great but unfortunately the mechanics left my car in unspeakable mistake. My coolant reservoir was left with no cap on it which lead to me driving an hour home with my coolant f mechanics left my car in unspeakable mistake. I was credited a gallon on coolant but will be remembering this next time there is an issue with my vehicle.
