I wish I could say I had a great experience here but sadly I did not. Just bought this car at the beginning of the month and something was off about it. It is having trouble accelerating and it just did sadly I did not. Just bought this car at the beginning of the month and something was off about it. It is having trouble accelerating and it just did not feel right. I brought it in to get it looked at and they told me nothing was wrong with it yet I test drove the other Tiguan's and they ran smoother/had great acceleration than mine they sold to me. I was basically laughed at and told to "come back in 6 months". Joe was the only helpful/respectful person in this whole process. I was so excited about purchasing my first Tiguan at this location but instead I was taken advantage of and now I am stuck with a car that I am not happy with. More
