The dealership did not honor my first request to purchase a car. They sold the car that I originally picked out. Upon arrival it did not have all the features functioning resulting in leaving the car for th a car. They sold the car that I originally picked out. The sales person, Phil Hardy, went far beyond on his efforts and as of this date, two weeks into ownership thing are for the most part functionally properly. I feel that most of the issues are the result of this being a new area, electric cars, for VW and time will be the big issue in getting the "bugs" out. More
