Harassed by a sales person as soon as I pulled up to the service bay and entered the service door. I had an appointment, yet was told my parts were not there. I never signed anything & was handed the "rep service bay and entered the service door. I had an appointment, yet was told my parts were not there. I never signed anything & was handed the "repair order dealer copy" instead of an invoice and inspection form to show what was actually done to my vehicle. I had to call and request those. **tire pressure is incorrect & last oil change decal was left in vehicle (no new one applied) More
