Grant McKay was super. I have had a problem with ignition for over 2 years. The staff in service worked tirelessly to diagnose and repair the issue. they even dealt with I have had a problem with ignition for over 2 years. Not going to rate 1 because the service in which I came in for was done okay. Reason for the 2 stars is because of the process. From the time I could walk, my father who was a mechanic, taught me the proc in for was done okay. Reason for the 2 stars is because of the process. From the time I could walk, my father who was a mechanic, taught me the process of full and complete service. Put a fender cover on the vehicle when changing oil. Make sure you return the vehicle cleaner than the way you found it. That wasn’t the case. I have all of my vehicles ceramic coated and detailed completely every 6-9 months. Vehicle was returned with visible grease stains on the driver side fender. Yes, I’m very meticulous about how my vehicles are kept and expect the same of those that perform services for me. Service booking agent provided inaccurate information regarding loaners. Luxury vehicle with 20K miles incurred a $2,000 repair that was not accident related. Your service is very poor. The guy at the front desk told me my car would be fixed in two days, but I only got it back after 11 days. I almost had to fight with him to get my c The guy at the front desk told me my car would be fixed in two days, but I only got it back after 11 days. I almost had to fight with him to get my car. Every day when I asked, he just said, “Come tomorrow.” He was extremely lazy, and they didn’t even start fixing the car until the last day when I confronted them. The problem was only with the AC, yet it took this long. I’m very disappointed. More
