The vehicle was taken to the service bay.
The vehicle remained there for 1 hour and only after questioning what was taking so long was I told they were also doing a multipoint inspection. I told Grant we did not ask for a multipoint inspection. The invoice stated that a “multipoint inspection was performed at owners’ request,”which is a lie. This was not true and the inspection caused an unnecessary delay, which caused us to miss an appointment.
Part of my concern is that the invoice was incorrect and now do I have to worry about unnecessary repairs being done to my vehicle in order to make money?

Already spoke with Cori on the service day. Not happy with your tech Nolan. I showed him the sound from rear shocks, a thud as you push on the rear end. He said he didn't hear it driving. I do. I know the shocks are bad. We already discussed it. I will go to Cottonwood in the future for my services.
