Firstly our car said it was time for service but when my wife went in she was told it wasn’t due. We get 3 years 36k miles service as part of the purchase but it’s like pulling teeth to use it. We only have around 10k miles in nearly 2 years but I don’t believe we are out of line to expect 1 oilf change per year. Then when we finally got agreement to do it, took an hour and a half with an appointment. More

The price took me back. ..when I went to Subaru Findley where I purchased my car it was $70 and I paid over $100 with you. Grant is wonderful and always goes out of his way to accommodate my needs.
