    They did not accept that we had decided not to put on new

    Service advisor stated the exchange process of two broken
     cross bars for new cross bars would take 15 to 20 minutes in order to document and take photos of broken utility cross bars. The replacement cross ba

The vehicle was taken to the service bay.
The vehicle remained there for 1 hour and only after questioning what was taking so long was I told they were also doing a multipoint inspection. I told Grant we did not ask for a multipoint inspection. The invoice stated that a “multipoint inspection was performed at owners’ request,”which is a lie. This was not true and the inspection caused an unnecessary delay, which caused us to miss an appointment.
Part of my concern is that the invoice was incorrect and now do I have to worry about unnecessary repairs being done to my vehicle in order to make money?
