We live an hour away with many dealerships around us, but we decided to go to AutoNation Jeep West due to their reviews and vast selection / options to help us make a decision. Everyone was pleasant, no pressure, the price was exactly in line with what we were set on getting, and the customer service by all involved -- scheduling a time to meet, coordinating the vehicles to be ready when we got there, presenting the vehicle, test drive, no pressure/time to discuss by ourselves, discussion on optional add-ons (that we never get), final price, financing, to ultimate delivery of the vehicle -- all fantastic! This AutoNation location exudes professionalism and I highly recommend them! 5+ star service! More

Not a good experience. They charged me $104 for a service i never asked for and charged me $400 for a diagnosis and never made a single repair. I took my car another dealer They charged me $104 for a service i never asked for and charged me $400 for a diagnosis and never made a single repair. I took my car another dealership and they could not find the problem that they identified and tried to charge me an additional $700 for. I feel like they tired to take complete advantage. More
