I took my car another dealership and they could not find the problem that they identified and tried to charge me an additional $700 for. I feel like they tired to take complete advantage. More

Naturally all of these cars were not from dealership sales, some from private owners. But this allows me to speak with experienced authority. AutoNation Chrysler Jeep is by far the most personable, experienced and efficient dealership I've ever purchased a vehicle from, with Aydin Mikilani my salesperson and Mohammed Meskienyar as my financial consultant. I have absolutely no negative remarks or complaints. In fact, with 10 being the top of the bar, I confidently and sincerely rate them a 15. More

Fortunately the dealership has a high vehicle turnover and after waiting 2 weeks I told them I was done waiting for the back ordered part and to sell me a different jeep they had just gotten in. Their response was “sure, when is a good time to look at it”. The back ordered part from the first one isn’t their fault but they could have done a little research to see people all over the country are waiting for this very same part. A quick web search told me all about the back order. As for the 2nd jeep, it was prepped and ready when I got there. Took it for a test drive and the paperwork was rushed so that I wasn’t waiting longer than absolutely required. I needed to take the jeep in for minor service a week later. That is when I found out that the finance guy (Gray?) hadn’t completed the paperwork yet. I still haven’t gotten a letter from the bank doing the financing so I don’t know if the paperwork is done even to this day. I guess they’ll get around to it eventually. Overall, through the back ordered part headache to putting me in a different jeep of my choosing (much better jeep for my specific needs) they treated me exceptionally well. The minor service appointment I had to go in for was again exceptional service. This dealership is all about customer experience from the time you walk in the door until long after the sale and I’ll be shopping here again. My only critique is that the “bling department” needs more bling. Got a hat, shirt and duck but you could have gotten a larger part of my bling budget. You made me shop on Amazon instead :) More

AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West Made buying a previously owned Explorer fast and easy. My salesman Joe was the best and buying online with him was a breeze. I shopped around for weeks so I know I got the best deal possible. They also arranged delivery halfway across the country arriving days before I expected. The truck driver was also a great guy. The whole process was handled professionally in just a few days and I love my new ride. More

Purchased a vehicle on November 15th. After multiple calls to the AutoNations, trash customer service line and a visit to the incompetent dealership, I am unable to register my vehicle du After multiple calls to the AutoNations, trash customer service line and a visit to the incompetent dealership, I am unable to register my vehicle due to a lost title. Purchasing a vehicle should not be this difficult. Autonation was eager to sell me a car but does not have the decency to call me and tell me that there was a delay or they sold me a vehicle without having the title. 1/10 experience and believe me, I will let them know how terrible of an experience this is. Also, I came in with a pre-approved letter and they told me they could get me a better deal using *Autonation* financing. They ran my credit 7 times with 7 different finance companies. Incredibly disingenuous. Not to mention the 1200.00 gap insurance that was 70% markup. That was my fault. I should have done more research. My question is, would MICHAEL MANLEY, JEFFREY BUTLER, COLEMAN EDMUNDS, JEFF PARENT, or CHRISTIAN TREIBER be okay with this type of service? Kevin Martinez, I am 100% disappointed in the service. The lack of leadership and inability to even attempt to correct this is beyond comprehension. Shame on you! More
