At the dealership, TJ went above and beyond taking care of my wife while I handled the paperwork. She spent time walking her through how everything in the van works and got her phone paired up. That attention to detail meant a lot to us. The finance manager was just as solid. He walked through the contract cleanly without any aggressive upselling or pressure. Everyone we encountered was respectful, upfront, and easy to work with. If you want a straight deal without the runaround, go see Clint, TJ, and the rest of the crew at North Country. When I confronted him about it, he told me he took it out of the glove box which I saw because I was sitting right next to him and took it to parts department. Why would he do that? Also, in the glove box were for pressure sensors for trailers tires, why didn't he take those to parts department? He took that key ring and stuck it in his pocket, I saw this, when Clint, his manager asked him about it, he just looked puzzled, but then a hour later he comes in and says he took it to parts department, why didn't he tell his manager that when he was asked by his manager. I was also supposed to receive $3500 for buying a brand new ram truck, and they both lied and said that it's included in with the price which is a xxxx lie. I should've just took my stuff and left but I wanted to get this crap over with, and I'll never deal with these thieving lying Company and Brand for that matter! More
