They didnt order the correct parts the first time around for my door handle. I was charged for 2.5 hours of labor (just to fix my door handle.) I dropped my truck off and it was (taken back) at 8AM. My oil for my door handle. I was charged for 2.5 hours of labor (just to fix my door handle.) I dropped my truck off and it was (taken back) at 8AM. My oil was change my tires were rotated and my door handle was fixed by 9:30AM and I was still charged $400 for the door handle labor. Absolutely ridiculous. Daniel is a joke. More

We have had a brake problem with our brand new 2021 Buick Enclave ever since it has been purchased in February. They have not even driven or checked out the problem for us they just keep telling us they are Enclave ever since it has been purchased in February. It is not the normal rusty brakes after it sits over night it is much worse than that. We are very unhappy with the non service we are getting from them!. We have also called bother regular customer service and the lemon law line about this problem. No one has done anything at all yet not even looked at the brakes for us. More
