Set up an appt at 1 pm. While sitting in the waiting area the lady came by and told me they were barely starting on my vehicle; it was 3 o'clock. One lady later came in after me and they finished her vehicl the lady came by and told me they were barely starting on my vehicle; it was 3 o'clock. One lady later came in after me and they finished her vehicle that needed- oil change , wheel alignment and two recalls fixed. She leaves and I'm was still waiting for mine. I leave around 5 Whats the purpose of setting up an appointment? I dont know the person that worked on my vehicle, but bc this survey doesn't let me complete it until I click on people. I'm clicking on all of them. More

Aransas Auto has been the place we’re I bought my first car and I love that dealership.
