Lack of knowledge Technicians working on our vehicle had minimal knowledge of the problem on the hatch of our Acadia. More training and communication for technicians i Technicians working on our vehicle had minimal knowledge of the problem on the hatch of our Acadia. More training and communication for technicians is recommended or teamwork should be incorporated, because apparently another technician knew how to fix the problem he just wasn’t consulted. They service reps up front were professional and were understanding of our frustration. The GM Greg Barton was very helpful in getting the vehicle repaired. More

Routine Maintenance Not Followed Properly My tires were deflated below the manufactures specifications and I had a trip to San Antonio the next day. Also the tires were rotated and the mechani My tires were deflated below the manufactures specifications and I had a trip to San Antonio the next day. Also the tires were rotated and the mechanics failed to relearn the TPMS sensors to the tires proper location on the vehicle. I had to stop at a tire dealership in San Antonio to fix these 2 problems. Vehicle mileage was inaccurately punched in on invoice which could negatively affect my vehicles warranty status. Called dealership and the problem was fixed and a new receipt was mailed to me with the correct information. More

I needed my fuel filter changed and took their advice and made appt. Had my husband pick me up. Got a call just shortly after I got to work that my truck was ready. I now know I could have just waited And also learned the benefit of making an appt. More
