I visited Luther Mazda to resolve a TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) issue on my Mazda CX-5, 2022 model. I paid for a full diagnosis and was told the problem was fixed, but the TPMS warning light came back on less than an hour after picking up my car. When I returned immediately, I was told I would need to pay again for the same diagnostic service, even though the issue was clearly not resolved. I am very disappointed by this lack of accountability. Customers should not be required to pay multiple times for the same unresolved problem. I hope the dealership improves its service policies and stands behind its work. More
