Rob was very professional throughout the process and I would definitely buy from him again. The car I bought had a few issues that weren't readily apparent from the initial test drive. After some back and forth, management at Jaguar eventually made it right. Title took a while to sort out but that also was eventually made right by Jaguar. Five stars because even though the process wasn't as smooth as it could have been, it ended up with a satisfactory result.
