Drove to Florida with my family for vac. Our car broke down so we decided to buy a car in Florida. My father in law told me about Adrian so we called and went to see him. With the help of Robert and a woman in the upstairs office ( we never met her ) , we were able to drive our lexus home to New York. All this took place over the Xmas New Year holiday week.. All the people at the dealership were great from, receiving faxes for us to snaks and coffee in waiting area....Next year when we drive to Florida we will have the car serviced there before driving home............ We had a great sales experience with Gred Dowdy with finding our RX350 that we purchased recently at your dealership. We were at the dealership last Saturday, and could not find what we wanted, but Gr finding our RX350 that we purchased recently at your dealership. We were at the dealership last Saturday, and could not find what we wanted, but Greg promised us that he would look for and keep his eye open for a red color RX 350 that we preferred. A week went by and Gred called us and said that the car that we were looking for just came in and we should come down and look at it. When we went to look at the car it was exactly as he described it to be and what we were looking for. Long story short, we took it for a test drive and purchased it the following week-end. We feel that Greg went out of his way to fulfill our wishes and did a great job stay after normal work hours to show us how this car performs with all it's extra features and attributes. We feel that Greg went beyond our expectations to make us a happy and satisfied customer. We would definitely recommend this dealership and this salesperson to our relatives and friends. More

We were so impressed with this dealership on this transaction; we had them do an estimate for body work on our primary auto. Again this dealership was above all expectations in all areas along with Kathy from the body shop being so helpful.
