Everyone needs to be on their a game when buying a car from any dealership. Their job is to give you the least amount for your trade and get you to pay the most for their vehicle. A dealer discount was ta from any dealership. Their job is to give you the least amount for your trade and get you to pay the most for their vehicle. A dealer discount was taken away from me to pretend that I was given more for my trade. That is sneaky and deceitful. The price they sold me the truck did not match the price advertised on their website. The finance guy acted like he could not show me certain things on the screen because the system was new and the only could do a few things or certain things on a tablet lol and let’s not mention the buydown, tying a rate to selling me an extended warranty. Oh, the bank takes less risk if you buy this warranty, blah blah blah. It’s deceitful. The exact words out of the finance guy’s mouth was, I don’t know your interest rate until I go to the last screen and hit submit lol lies. But the salesman at this location was new and very pleasant to deal with. If you visit this dealership, I highly recommend bringing your attorney lol scour over every line on the contract. Screenshot the price of the vehicle you want to look at before even going to the dealer. And see if it matches the paperwork. They kept a more than $1700 discount from me. Pretended like my car wasn’t worth anything even though Carmax was offering $3000 more. And now they act like they are stuck with a vehicle, why not just sell it to Carmax like I would have? And let me keep my dealer discount that you pretend to offer. Carvana and Carmax are much easier to buy from and this is why people are switching to these dealers because there is no hassle and no xx games. More

Pulled my credit without my permission. This was also done on a cash deal and was not necessary. Dealership was brought a BANK check. Asked to put $5000 on a credit card. This would be a $1 This was also done on a cash deal and was not necessary. Dealership was brought a BANK check. Asked to put $5000 on a credit card. This would be a $150 cost to the dealership at 3%. Also not necessary because I was not taking delivery on the vehicle. Waited awhile for finance to complete paperwork. Also had to wait for copies on a return to the dealership. I felt this could have been done prior to my arrival. Greg (Sales) was great. More
