Disappointed that dealership and Chrysler /Jeep We purchased a new 2018 Cherokee that had a dent in the hood around the windshield wiper fluid sprayer that was not seen till a week later. Dealership We purchased a new 2018 Cherokee that had a dent in the hood around the windshield wiper fluid sprayer that was not seen till a week later. Dealership agreed it was tightened down too tight. Seeing as we paid 40,000 for this car we did not want it being repair. Dealership and jeep would not swap out hood or car. Will never purchase another car from dealer or a Chrysler jeep product. Very disappointed that neither would step forward to at least replace the hood. You have lost a loyal Jeep fan for good. More

They where understanding about what happened and the issues and where able to get us and another Jeep that was the same color. So even with a bad experience on mechanical issues they where a pleasure to work with and get through it. More
