I was able to purchase my first Volvo with the outstanding service from Ashley Ferdinand. I don't think I'll ever buy another car brand. Ashley is a great example of how every car sales person should be. He was just so laid back, no pressure at all and he followed through on everything he promised. He got me into a CPO XC60 with a beautiful blonde interior, pearl white exterior with all the safety perks Volvo cars are known for. Ashley understood that I had a budget and he helped me stay within my budget. Greg Heaton was also excellent to work with. He offered the extended CPO warranty, no pressure at all. Let me go home and talk it over with my husband before everything was finalized. I've had my car for 2 weeks now and I just can't wait to go on a road trip. I'm so happy and grateful I got a safe and fun car for myself and my little family. Thank you Volvo of Naples and Ashley. I'll definitely one day upgrade to an XC90 and for sure I'll drive 25 miles again to see you. More

My experience at Naples Volvo was one of the best experiences I have had buying a new car. I had a previous S90 T8 that I leased in Fort Myers. Over the past three years I had my car serviced at the Naples Volvo and I have gotten to know the team at naples Volvo and here is my overall experience. Joe Pitingolo is the Sales Manager and over the past couple of years we became good friends. Even though I originally did not buy a car from him he still treated me like I was family every time I walked through the door. After a couple of years the trust level grew and when my lease was up I walked right into Joe’s office and said I need your help making a decision. Even though Joe didn’t know whether I was going to buy a car from him he still took the time to offer me sound advice and to answer all of my questions. There was no doubt in my mind I was going to purchase my new car with Joe at Naples Volvo after years of getting to know him and his team. Listen, nobody likes buying a new car and I am no exception to that rule. You have to TRUST the person you are buying from. You have to trust that they are giving you the best possible deal they can. Joe at Naples Volvo is the most honorable and respectful Sales Manager I have ever dealt with. I can promise you that it’s worth your time to pick up the phone or stop by Naples Volvo and speak to Joe and the team he has surrounded himself with. Tyler the sales associate who has been there for years also follows the same code of conduct and help me with my paperwork / programming the new car. I want to personally thank Joe Parsi (GM) for putting a team at Volvo that treats the customers like family and has one of the lowest turnover rates of employees I have ever seen.
