While travelling from northwest Iowa, we hit a deer in the middle of Saturday night that disabled our car in the area that House Chevrolet, Stewartville, Mn serves. When we called 911, the state police ha the middle of Saturday night that disabled our car in the area that House Chevrolet, Stewartville, Mn serves. When we called 911, the state police had Greg there within 15 minutes, and he took car and us in to where we could wait for some family to come get us. I checked out their shop and work and decided to have them repair our car. Our insurance company gave a good report of them doing wonderful and timely work. The parts all came on time and they had it all repaired in less time then first thought. We were surprized when they called us that our car was all ready to go. And it is just a beautiful job of repair work. Thanks again to Greg and his crew for making the best of a bad situation for us. I have bought several vehicles from this dealership over the past 20 or so years and have always thought I got a good and straight deal. If Pete tells me that something needs to be done to the vehicle, I know that is what needs to be done, no more no less than what is needed. The family feeling at this dealership is wonderful. One incident stands out as an example of the service that is common place from this dealership. A number of years ago, I had to be in the hospital overnight and my wife had some serious car trouble. She called Pete who asked her, what she needed. She replied, "come pick up this car and bring me another one so I can get my husband home from the hospital." Pete's reply was "done." Within a very short time, Bob and Bev House showed up with a tow truck and another vehicle for us to drive. We do all our service work at House Chevrolet and will buy vehicles only from them. More
