Like family!! Tony was absolutely amazing! I was hesitant to go to the dealership after being lied to by another dealership. Still hesitant, I contacted Summit Plac Tony was absolutely amazing! I was hesitant to go to the dealership after being lied to by another dealership. Still hesitant, I contacted Summit Place Kia, and told the rep I didn’t want to come in until I knew for sure that I’d get what I want with no money down! After speaking with Tony and expressing my concerns, he said “Ok Amber, let me see what we can do and I’ll call you back.” Not confident at all with his response, I hung up not expecting a call back. However, Tony called me back not even 10 minutes later and said “Come pick out your car!”. Sure enough when I got there he had made sure my girls and I got exactly what I asked for! Tony treated us like family, handles us with care, and he was very straight up with me (which I like). I recommend this place hands down. If you want to have the family experience GO SEE TONY!! More
