The front desk team, sadly I don’t have their names, which is a shame, served as the entry point to the brand experience. Each interaction set the right tone, proving that even the smallest touch points can make a big difference. With a few key questions answered he took us downstairs to the show floor filled with beautiful options. He shared the ones that fit what we wanted and teased us with a couple of other things. Within minutes we had our Macan. Then it was upstairs where he put the deal together and we checked out with rick handling all the signing. Travis in the meantime was prepping the car and we met him in the delivery lounge where he went over all the finer points. We drove away in under two hours. It was the easiest, most enjoyable auto purchase we've ever experienced. Well done on all levels. More
