Greg Kien was so helpful when buying my new 2023 Explorer. He takes the time to listen and review everything! This was the 4th car I've bought from Ford and I will only use Greg as my salesman. I really feel that Greg took the time and energy to find the right car that was suitable for me and my family. I also appreciated Bryan's willingness to go the extra mile to find the right financing that fi the right car that was suitable for me and my family. I also appreciated Bryan's willingness to go the extra mile to find the right financing that fit into my budget. Overall, the staff was very friendly. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More

Greg made the process as simple as he could I have been working with him for almost 20 years and will continue to do so. I have been very satisfied with the Ford F150. I was a little disappointed with my t working with him for almost 20 years and will continue to do so. I have been very satisfied with the Ford F150. I was a little disappointed with my trade in value but was able to sell it outright on my own. We thought since we wanted to do a two year loan (which we were told we could not) that a better interest rate would be available but were old that was not an option no matter how many YEARS? Greg though was GREAT to work with. More

We were welcomed by everyone we were in contact with. Employess were friendly and personable. Our sales person Greg Kien was completely focused on us the customer and made us feel he had our best inerest Employess were friendly and personable. Our sales person Greg Kien was completely focused on us the customer and made us feel he had our best inerest above and beyond making a sale. He explained everything and answered all our questions. Greg is a real people person besides having a great smile he was easy to talk to and we felt like we had known him a long time when we left the dealership. We feel this is important to establish a relationship with a dealership when you make a purchase, so that we can always come back and contact someone when we might have concerns or questions with our new car. So we now feel like we are part of the Beechmont Ford family thanks to Greg & Brennan who both were of great assistance and help during our visit. Greg was recommended by 2 different parties who had dealt with him and said he was the best at what he does. In the past we had purchased with Mike Castrucci Ford & John Nolan Ford and lets just say neither was a memorable experience. So we have already come away with alot better gut feeling of how we are going to be treated when and if the time arises. Greg has personally told us if we have any problems, need any service; even if its just an oil change to call him and he'll make sure we can get our vehichle in and looked at in a reasonable time. Greg went well above expectations to find my vehicle for a dealer trade. Making and Returning phone calls on his off days. I never felt like I wasn't his highest priority.
