I went to Greg Leblanc Toyota (where I had purchased the car) to ask them to please work with Price LeBlanc in Baton Rouge to make sure it was repaired properly. The service department was awesome. They called them to check on the car..... Greg Breaux greeted us and asked how he could help. Greg LeBlanc also came to check. He evidently saw how I wasn’t going to trust that car again after being stranded with my young grandsons. Both Gregs checked the inventory to give me the best deal they could on a trade in. It worked out wonderfully and I am so grateful. I now have a 2019 Highlander and feel safe again. I LOVE this dealership. Everyone is happy, friendly, and really cares for their customers. I especially want to thank Corey Kuhn. He really went above and beyond in his kindness and help to us. He was assigned to “seal the deal” and did it with such professionalism and care. He was very patient and made sure everything was done before we left, including calling the insurance company and printing my insurance cards. Corey is a valuable asset to the company. More

My salesman (Troy) was unable to work the day I had scheduled to pick up my Toyota Tundra so I had a great buying experience at Greg LeBlanc Toyota. My salesman (Troy) was unable to work the day I had scheduled to pick up my Toyota Tundra so Chris LeBlanc stepped up and made everything seamless and smooth. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was super friendly. On the way home (2 hour drive) I noticed a slight vibration in the steering wheel. I called Greg LeBlanc and explained the issue to them. They told me to go have it checked out wherever I wanted and they would work with me. The issue ended up being irregular wear on some used tires. Greg LeBlanc stepped up and covered half the cost of a new set of tires. More
