When we first went to dealership, salesman was very attentive, and worked to get our business, although he didn't mention for a few dollars more, we could have had the upgraded Calligraphy model. We bought a 2021 Santa Fe, to be picked up next day at 11:00 a.m. Got into dealership at correct time, waited for over 4 hours for paperwork to be completed. They sent over another salesman to placate us, we refused to work with original salesman. The second salesman Joey Greco, was fantastic! Was told by first salesman that there was wi-fi in car (no), license plate is off center on front of car, told that can be fixed (no), no emergency tire kit in car. Will deal with Vison Hyundai again with Joey Greco or Billy Blattner, never with the first Salesman (Al - the new Al, not the Al that's been there) More
