Greg in parts is always very friendly, pleasant as well as, he's a great conversationalist. Inspite what I may me going through he ALWAYS brighten my day. Katie in service is very attentive to details when she's working with me and my vehicle. She ensures me that my car will be road worthy when I return for pick up, whether I come in with a service issue or just to have my car routinely serviced. I truly enjoy Greg and Katie my enounter with the both of them everytime I visit Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans! More

Best all around experience! I have been buying Mercedes Benz for 17 years. I keep coming back because of the quality of the cars but it is the attention that I receive after each I have been buying Mercedes Benz for 17 years. Customer Service that makes a difference Like most people I don't enjoy having to take care of issues with my car since it is usually time consuming and stressful however the staff at Mercede Like most people I don't enjoy having to take care of issues with my car since it is usually time consuming and stressful however the staff at Mercedes makes it much easier and a lot less stressful.
