Service rep was inattentive. He didn’t ask if I was waiting for my vehicle or tell me how long the wait was. I had to let him know I was waiting and ask for the wait time. I waited to be called and even asked if it was ready. I was told no. I received an email at 11:15 and asked the cashier about it at 11:25 and was told the paperwork was not processed. It wasn’t until 11:30-11:35 that the service rep finally called me up. He didn’t go over any of the checkpoints on my vehicle and seemed like he didn’t care to be there. I was very disappointed that I had to wait for my vehicle 30-40 minutes while it just sat there due to “paperwork”. I’m usually met with better service and don’t appreciate my time being wasted. More
