Problem was not resolved. Staff was professional, but issue not resolved. GM apparently advised how to resolve the issue with the NAV screen, but it needed to be replaced. The software patch download did nothing to resolve the issue. I will just go to another GM service center and try again. NAV head unit needs to be replaced, just as was the case with my last 2 Cadillacs. More

The service writer kept me well informed about the major recall / repair that I had done. The tech is very knowledgeable and explained all aspect of the repair completely.
