Took me right away, turn around was as promised, service people were friendly. However, price seemed high for replacing the lock mechanism. not happy I came in because my car needed an oil change and the scheduled service, once I picked my car up and while driving it home I notice that it was raddli I came in because my car needed an oil change and the scheduled service, once I picked my car up and while driving it home I notice that it was raddling under the carriage. I got inside my home garage and I noticed something hanging from the carriage. Now I have to schedule another appointment at another Honda dealer because I'm afraid to take it back to you for fear that you did this to run the price up or because you have incompetent mechanics, either way, I have to pay for this unnecessary repair, I'm not happy. They did not fix the problem, so I had to take my car to another Honda dealership to get fixed. They told me the issue I had with my car was unheard of, however it’s known issue with Honda. Then other deale another Honda dealership to get fixed. They told me the issue I had with my car was unheard of, however it’s known issue with Honda. I like the dealership. The only problem was that I sent my uneducated son to get a simple oil change. By the time service game him estimates, the bill was over $700.
