Satisfactory Service Experience I'll start with the positives. Staff is courteous, helpful and responsive. I have only praise for the staff. They have been responsive to my service I'll start with the positives. Staff is courteous, helpful and responsive. I have only praise for the staff. They have been responsive to my service needs and I can always get my car in the same day if their is an immediate problem. The negative is that when you call to schedule a service appointment, NOBODY EVER picks up the phone nor do they return calls when I leave a message. This has happened on my last two service calls. I've had to reach out to someone in the office to get someone from Service to call me. When I questioned the Service Rep, I was told in addition to getting people processed as they're bringing their cars in, they're also responsible for answering phones. This is ridiculous and unfair to the customer trying to make a service appointment. There should be someone handling the phones and those phones should be checked every few minutes to see if there are messages waiting, My last experience trying to make an appointment took me 3 hours to do ... and that's a waste of my time. You need to do better. More
