I LIKE IT!! I was taken back with way I was dealt with, I expected to pull in and have 3 or 4 people come out and start with the barrage of questions, push the sp I was taken back with way I was dealt with, I expected to pull in and have 3 or 4 people come out and start with the barrage of questions, push the specials, and more or less not have my questions answered, nope not here!! I had my game face on and ready to stick to my guns, "I'm just looking at used trucks" which disappeared after working with Greg and Amir. In short I was educated, giving multiple options, had discussions on every aspect I could think of and drove away with a new vehicle, not the used ones I had been looking at for over a month. Hands down the BEST dealership experience I've had! More

I was referred to Greg Skartvedt at Campbell Nelson Nissan by a friend. I found a car that I liked online and contacted him. By that evening I was driving home in my new car. Not only was Greg frien Nissan by a friend. I found a car that I liked online and contacted him. By that evening I was driving home in my new car. Not only was Greg friendly and helpful, he didn't pressure me into purchasing the vehicle. He also made sure I knew everything about the car and made great recommendations on the coverage I should get since it was a used vehicle. I also worked with Susie in the financing department who did a wonderful job of making sure I got the best possible financing rate possible. She was friendly and made the stress of making a big purchase less intimdating. Overall, it was a great experience. More

We were looking for a used Pro-4X Xterra with low mileage and found one listed online at Campbell Nelson. The problem was we live over 200 miles away. We called the dealership to get more information and f and found one listed online at Campbell Nelson. The problem was we live over 200 miles away. We called the dealership to get more information and feel very fortunate that Greg Skartvedt answered the call. He was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to answer many questions before we made the long drive. We even asked him to verify the height of the vehicle to make sure it would fit in the garage. So, he went outside and measured it and gave us a call back. When we arrived at the dealership after our 5 hour drive, Greg was very welcoming and had the Pro-4X Xterra ready for us to test drive. He was very knowledgable about the Xterra and answered all of our questions. Once we decided to purchase the Xterra, we needed to go to a local bank. Since we weren't familiar with the area, Greg drove us to the bank (in the Xterra) which saved time and frustration for us. Buying a car from a dealership can be a stressful experience. However, Greg's honest and friendly way of treating us made the experience a very pleasant one. More

I have been to a lot of different Nissan dealerships in the area while on my hunt for a Sentra. I found the car I wanted off of cars.com, and called the dealership to see if it was still availible. Unfortuantly, as a woman, going into a dealership can be intimidating. I had bad experiances where people were more concerned about selling their product, than actually helping me find the car I wanted. Greg was kind, answered all my questions, was fast and efficent.
